hello and happy monday, dear kim ...
gosh, i am so so sorry that you are so so sick ...
i hope those boys are taking very good care of you! xo
just had to share this image of teeny ballerinas' dancing slippers from yesterday's dance recital ~ so darling!
i was so impressed with all the ages and abilities ~ their hard work and dedication ~ truly a delightful way to spend a sunday afternoon ...
hmm, did you know that our son (twin b) made his dancing debut on stage with his girlfriend?
him and three other brave fellas performed a special number with the girls and it was really sweet!
hmm, but not so sweet when we stepped out the door ...
... a may 'blizzard'!
i took this specially for you ~ yours and andy's trail ~ from my mom's window ...
i knew i wouldn't be seeing you down there yesterday, and i know you will be missing your walks,
but, when you are better, the weather will be better and it will all be the best ever!
anyways, it was the craziest drive home from town last night ~ the snow was heavy and thick and it was super hard to see, but i just dialed up my spider senses and watched for all the edge-of-the-road landmarks and made it just fine ...
i was hoping the snow had subsided overnight ...
but, this morning, all the little buds were shivering (i am sure i could hear them!) under the cold, icy snow ...
oh, mr. sun ~ sun ~ mr. golden sun ... please shine down on me ...
last night's snow has now melted away, but it still is chilly out ... *brrrrr*
while it's never a good time to be 'under the weather', this is definitely a good time for you to snuggle in and take extra good care ...
hope you are lots better tomorrow ~
*warm hugs, hot tea and soup*

ps. oh! i was wondering ...
do you suppose our painting pal, robin at all things heart and home has ever been introduced to miss mustard seed?
i think those two would have a lot to talk about!
