well ... here we are, dear kim ... in a new day ... in a new week ~ a blessing in itself!
i have to say though, that when we were greeted with yet again more rain this morning ...
i kinda lost my sense of ha ha ...
until ...
ollie-by-golly chased a squirrel way high in an old oak tree ...
and you know? they were pretty close and things were intense ...
but the only thing poor puttie-tat got was an empty bird nest ...
so that was kinda entertaining ...
but not as much as ...
ollie running full speed towards the studio ...
thinking how fun it would be to jump up on the wheelbarrow ...
not knowing it was FULL of water from the rains ...
you should have seen him scramble on the edge ...
only to cooly pretend he really went for a drink of water ...
so, thanks to his antics i certainly did get my ha ha back ... :)
and the weather has cleared enough for me to ...
head to the gardening bench to get planting these beauties into some pots!
i guess this means happy bench monday to you!
how goes your second.gear class? such lucky folks to be learning from you, that's for sure!
anyways, i know you are off to town for a bit so we'll catch you later alligator ...
mwah,
prairiegirl
ps. the last while, between storms, i have been strolling about the yard, taking a closer look at life and am sharing here this week ... xo

that made me laugh, i love how cats always pretend they meant that, whatever it is...
I am so jealous of your seedlings, this is the first year in about 10 years that I didn't start any, time is just too tight these days, but I missed it...yours look lovely though...
and that first photo is absolutely stunning!
and p.s. I am loving Kim's class!
