gosh, it's time for mr. wind to blow these gloomy clouds away, right kim?

soooo, to bring a little sunshine into our day, i thought i would share this image that i took one sunny morning ...

and brighten it even more with a little texturizing from your awesome collection!

here's the scoop ...

. slight curve adjustments on original background
. add your 'boutique' overlay, soft light blending
. add your 'quartz' texture, multiply blending, layer mask with a little 'brushing out'
. then comes the sunshine!
add your 'buttermilk' (LOVE) texture twice ~ once color blending, once luminosity blending

mouse over to see before and after :)

it crazy, you know ... i saw this happy paper flower in a shop and couldn't resist buying it ...

i didn't really have a spot for it ...

i just slipped it on our bedroom window frame ....

and it brings smiles and sunshine every day!

what beautiful creation are you working on today, my dear?

can't wait to see!

cheerio for now ~

ps.
after our conversation this morning, i couldn't help but think of rachel's posting on her blog all i did was listen ...
these words
practice being strong and relentlessly go after your blessings
are so beautifully placed within her artwork ... compelling!
