oooo ... definitely pining for pink here ...
gosh you two make it hard on a gal ... *wink* ...
the pink here today couldn't be more perfect ... thank you both for your beautiful images ... stunning as always ...
mine is definitely a playful pink ... 'full of playing' around in good old photoshop (not 100% sure of the outcome) ... and yes, i have to admit that when i was in my favourite treasure shop today ~ carol's ~ i did have my eye open for something pink ... and omgoodness, i loved this little vase right away ... i swear it was calling *yoooo hooooo* ... :)
anyways, sorry to be out of the loop here the last couple of days ... goodness i am relieved it is friday!
and georgia, i just want to say that this is all truly the beginning of a wonderful friendship cuz we are definitely having you back to visit, baby!
i have been smiling, smiling at your answers to our questions (silly us) ... and there are more i'd like to ask ... so ... you see ... you have to come back ... and soon!
. you have revealed your romantic soul with the jane eyre flicks ~ there is something very compelling about that era ...
. hee hee ... 'slob from slobovia' ... 2funny ... matter of fact, i think i've been there!
. dinner with anthony hopkins ~ intriguing ... (i kinda have a crush on sean connery)
. hmmm ... i think that every time i see a cup of hot cocoa or coffee, i think of my dad stirring his coffee and how he definitely was a clink, clink, clinker ... and your teccino reminded me of that, so that's where this question came from!
. was it only $50? kim ... we'll have to talk ... ;) ... we are equally grateful, georgia ... and we mean it, 2!
. oh yes! alicia's bloom, grow, love is a lovely lovely spot ... i remember the first time i visited, she had these amazing images of her son i believe ... really sweet ...
just one more thing ... would you mind telling kim's and my boys how 'much' we rock?
k ... my eye is getting sore from *winking* ...
thanks for all the smiles ~ i just can't say enough how blessed we are ... all of us ... all around ...
kisses,
prairiegirl xo

oh, p.g.! you've done something quite nice with this photo. so soft. so ethereal.
i have to tell you, i've seen several vases like this at a teeny little antique store about two blocks from where i live. it's called the carriage house, and they've had several of this style vase in yellow and pink. not sure if they are art nouveau or what era they are from. all i know is i love them! and the funny thing is, i used to not like that style at all!
now i'm tempted to by every one!
how things change.
i'll be back very shortly. sad to go, but looking forward to writing one last thing that is on my heart.
oh... i almost forgot. p.g.'s sons and kim's sons... your moms ROCK! i know you don't know me from adam, but trust me. they do! :)
{hope that works.}
oh pg, lovely pink share...
i've been dreaming of taking pics at carol's... someday i am going to have to ask her if i can. there are just so many treasures in every inch of that lovely shop. sigh...
oh, thanks for the suggestion on getting georgia to tell our boys that we rock... hmmm, why did i not think of that? :)
