happy boxing day pg,
i hope your christmas was lovely. i am sure it was very busy and full of family fun!
we are enjoying a quiet day around our house. i am just soaking up the quiet. the only sound i hear is andy snoaring at my feet. there's something very peaceful about it. :)
so before christmas is a wrap on 2bbb, i wanted to post a few of my favorite holiday pics. just for fun!
a pic of my parent's tree and brett's girlfriend alannah, who let's me take her picture whenever i want, unlike my boys. so sweet.
but what i love about this pic, besides the light twinkling in the window, is that if you look thru the window, past my aunt's car parked outside, you can see the big tree in our yard. the one where john and the boys built a bit of a tree house, so many years ago. when i took the photo, i didn't even notice it. i love the surprises that i discover when i upload the images onto my computer. it's like little gifts just waiting to be opened.
this next picture was a funny moment on christmas morning. after we opened up all our gifts, we took turns going around the room and sharing what we received. well andy's cousin, sophie, gave him these doggy treats....and he just laid there waiting for his turn. and when i took this photo, brett was sharing, and it honestly seemed as though andy was listening and waiting for his turn. too funny....so sweet. :)
and this pic is of my nephew, jer, sitting in his wheelchair, enjoying his most favorite potato chips, jalepeno and cheddar. jer has a small seleciton of favorite foods, and these chips are at the top of his list i think. check out that smile. :) i love this picture!
and finally, i love this picture of bryce playing cranium. you can also see brett in the background. i posted this pic on my blog this morning and shared a little bit about what this picture means to me.
