hi there mrs. klassen, texture teacher extraordinaire!
i just want to thank you so much for taking the time today to teach me 'thru the screen' more about textures ... and layers ... and masks ... and photoshop brushes ... wow ...
you know you really ought to offer a class in this ... nudge nudge ...
so, of course you already know about my original image ... the outstanding 'letter frame' texture created by the wonderfully gifted pareeerica ... and how it all came together ...
it was too much fun learning about transforming the texture to black and white through the new adjustment setting ... adding a hue | saturation layer ... fiddling with opacity ... faddling with screen settings ... and the highlight ~ making my signature into a photoshop brush ... c o o l !
thank you once again my dear ...
i am pleased as punch with the lovely 'letter frame' framing our mailbox just right ...
